HelpHouse Store Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for ordering from HelpHouse. We appreciate your business and hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have purchased a product from our online store and it has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days to initiate a return.

For any other reasonable return or refund request, (ie; product not as advertised), offers a thirty (30) day return policy. DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO HELPHOUSE. Please contact us with your order number and reason for refund request. If the product packaging has arrived damage, please take a photo of the damaged packaging, if possible, and send it to us so we can pass this on to our shipper. We can not accept returns or process refunds after 45 days from the shipment received date.

If the return or refund is approved we will send you a return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label, in all other cases the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

After you ship the return please send us the tracking number, if not already provided, of the returned item(s). Products returned without a tracking number may not be processed. After the defective merchandise has been received we will refund your payment to the method of payment chosen at time of checkout.
